In this weeks video we are going to continue our series on new construction, this time focusing on location.
We will discuss the importance of building close to metro / LRT stations; of building close to on ramps of ring roads and highways; and the importance of building where your walk score or bike score is highest. We also talk about the importance of patience when you are selecting a lot to buy as opposed to buying whatever you can afford.
