Darcy Marler was attracted to real estate because he enjoys the “hunt”: he loves finding diamonds in the rough and being creative in finding solutions to problems. In his career he has owned 92 properties, 236 doors and $44 million worth of real estate. Darcy is experienced in flips, condo conversions, land development, new construction, land parceling, changing the use of a building, long-term rentals and multi-family properties. He has been a full-time investor for 17 years and values his work because he is able to help create homes for others. Darcy decided to become a Real Estate Investment Advisor (REIA) so he could assist other investors on their real estate journey. He is passionate about finding great investment properties and helping high-net-worth individuals make the most of their real estate investments!
Darcy admires his father who has passed away as a hardworking, gentle man who was a pillar of his community. He strives to leave a LEGACY as a nice guy who was a good husband and father. He is resilient, persistent and creative, with an interest in hiking, traveling and photography. Darcy’s dream is to be retired on a beach where he can write and take pictures.
