In 2019, I really want to grow my Real Estate mentorship business. As a way to get to know me a little better we are going to do something a little different today. Instead of the usual 3 to 4 minute video, today’s video is a copy of a 30 minute audio presentation I did a couple of years ago in front of a Real Estate investing group of 200 people or so. It was audio only but I have edited in the Powerpoint presentation and a few other pictures so you can follow along.

I have been told I think about Real Estate investing differently from other people so I am pretty sure, whether you are new to the game or a veteran, you will definitely come away with some new ideas. My talk was on:

- focusing on high cash flowing properties
- buying in less expensive areas
- being creative / solving problems / making cash flow
- getting your money back faster
- using the same money over and over
- using a hybrid of flips and rentals
- lowering your risk
