The video today talks about the importance of having a strong team as you do your Real Estate investments. A team includes a realtor, a mortgage broker, an accountant, a lawyer and a Real Estate Investment Advisor.
It is important that you get people that specialize (and preferably have even invested themselves) in Real Estate investing. You want people that understand the nuances and the rules of this specialized type of investing. Be picky, don’t just use your cousin or the nice lady who sold you your personal residence. It matters.
